The Club at Cheval offers more than 60 group fitness classes including yoga, indoor cycling, TRX, Meditation, Zumba, Masters Swim and more! We also have personal training, nutrition support, workshops, seminars and consultations to help you focus on your health and wellbeing long after you leave the gym.
