The Thoroughbred Academy is the place to be for junior golf. Powered by Operation 36, the Thoroughbred Academy will help your junior golfer reach their full potential. Using the principles outlined in the American Athletic Development Model, the Academy offers age and skill level appropriate programs to ensure athletic development as well as golf skill acquisition.

The Operation 36 model provides aspiring golfers with programs and technology to learn to play golf. The Thoroughbred Academy strives to help each participant become a skilled golfer by following a motivating roadmap to shooting Par (36) or better for 9 holes!

Weekly Academy classes focus on building golf skills and technique, as well as incorporating fitness, balance, speed and agility training. Twice a month, academy participants have an opportunity to get out for a 9-hole match to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

Thoroughbred Academy programs are conducted by former PGA Tour player Jeff Leonard. Jeff has over 20 years experience coaching junior golf and looks forward to helping your golfer develop and gain an appreciation for this great game.
